I just tried it on my Zyxel ZyAIR/100 cards (which is an OEM version of the XI-300), and got the same message at first. But the flash utility worked after installing a new Windows driver (v4.0.7), downloaded from http://www.zcom.com.tw/support/newdownload.htm
