doh, yes, I stand corrected... its prism2.o and prism2_cs.o I'm talking
about, not pcmcia(blah). if you previously installed wlan-ng, the
cardmgr has the tendency to load prism2_cs.o (wlan-ng driver) instead of
prism2.o (host-ap driver), so removing wlan-ng.conf did the trick for
me...
