SNAP handling of the driver is not exactly complete (there may well be packets that it does not know how to decapsulate), but that does not certainly look like a valid LLC contents. Do these "no SNAP?" messages occur under high load? I just found a problem that could produce such errors when TX path was interrupted with a RX packet (e.g., when flooding net with TCP). This is hopefully fixed in today's release of the driver.
