Yes. You would need to setup WDS links between AP1-AP2 and AP2-AP3 and configure Linux bridge code to bridge packets between the APs. You should also disable direct packet bridging in the Host AP driver (prism2_param wlan0 ap_bridge_packets 0) if the stations need to send packets to other stations using the same APs. This should allow Linux bridge code to take care of finding out which interface to use for each MAC address.
