ok, this is the error...

Module installation directory not valid: '/lib/modules/2.4.7-10custom' Most probable cause for this is modified kernel headers. You will need to install module file (driver/modules/hostap_*.o) manually. make: *** [install_check] Error 1

  For those of us that use redhat, is there anything that can be dont for the driver to compile.   I keep ketting missing lib "hostap_pci.o" errors during modprobe ...
