This is exactly the output that is expected when the driver has been configured successfully to the monitor mode. The received messages should be available from a netlink socket (since you used monitor mode 1). However, please note that monitor mode 1 has already disappeared from CVS version and it will not be present in the next release (monitor modes 2 and 3 can be used with packet socket and wlan0 change to include 802.11 headers).
