Host AP driver patches for Linux kernel and pcmcia-cs for testing

I added small patches to add Host AP driver directly to the kernel tree and pcmcia-cs package to the CVS repository. These are mainly for testing, but if there is enough interest, I might consider trying to push the code to kernel distribution and/or pcmcia-cs. Though, this won't happen before I have finished some more cleanups and testing of the reorganized code.

Patches for Linux 2.4.19-rc3 and 2.5.27 are in hostap/kernel-patches and a patch for pcmcia-cs 3.1.34 is in hostap/pcmcia-cs-patches. Both directories have README files with some instructions. The patch files are quite trivial, so it should be easy to use them also with different kernel/pcmcia-cs versions.

Building the Host AP driver within the kernel tree makes it possible to compile it build-in to the kernel image if someone would like to avoid having modules. This version does not yet use kernel command line for configuring the driver, but it might appear later (have to first think a bit more about suitable syntax for the options).
