downloading Production Data Area to host?

I would like to examine some numbers in the Production Data Area (PDA) concerning transmit power levels. Does anyone know how the PDA is downloaded from the radio to the host?

In the PDA numbers, I seek hints on how to interpret and set the registers concerning transmit power level on the ISL3861 Baseband Processor.
