Which data and which management frames? If it is enough to get all data and management frames sent to the BSSID of the AP (i.e., not the frames to other APs), then this can be done. It might also be possible to get data frames from other BSSes by enable promisc mode, but I'm not sure that it works in Host AP mode.
If you define PRISM2_HOSTAPD when compiling the driver and use user space daemon for management frames, you can get management frames (only to and from this AP) with 802.11 headers from wlan0ap interface. Data frames will be available, although without 802.11 headers, from wlan0. Also wlan0 could be changed to include 802.11 headers if those are needed for data frames.
