Not specifically on on hostAP itself, but you could disable the 'bridge frames directly in hostAP driver for other associated stations' option, and pass all frames up to the kernel ethernet bridge. At the higher layers, you could then write rules that allow all macs to send frames to a specific MAC (say the mac of br0, or the mac of a router/firewall/etc located behind the box serving as an AP), but no others.
