I've been surfing the archives and have a question. Can anyone list the
firmware versions that DO work with hostap? I know that 1.4.2 doesn't. I
seem to see that 1.3.4 will work, but there are not posts that say it
definately does work. Can anyone provide some guidance on what versions do
what? I don't have a Windows PC that I can upgrade the firmware of my card,
nor can I really stomach the downtime on that particular box (I could, but
would rather not). So if 1.3.4 works with hostap, then maybe I'm ok (to be
honest, I don't know the firmware ver number, the dmesg line is long gone,
but the card is only 6 months old) and don't have to upgrade. Any help would
be very much appreciated. Thanks.
