I did not (yet) add code to convert recorded beacon data to WE format, but I will probably do that at some point. There should not be any need for changes since data collected from beacons is more or less equal to data received from active scanning (ProbeResponses). Up to date data is present all the time, so there will not be need for waiting for scanning to complete in SIOCGIWSCAN.

I've merged the changes (thanks for the patch!) to Host AP driver. Current versions seems to work fine as long as station firmware version is 0.8.3 or newer. I will take a look at implementing host-based roaming after which support for WE scanning could be added also for older f/w versions.
