The "GetNextTuple: No more items"
Is a classic VCC problem.
You can try setting ignore_cis_vcc=1 in the pcmcia config...
Otherwise, you can try playing with the cis file to have it set the correct voltage for the card - - I don't recall what the dlink card requires, but I DO recall having issues making it work with some pcmcia chipsets that didn't provide the correct voltage. Check which voltage (3.3 or 5) the card requires, and ensure that your chipset supports it.
I had thought that the Dlink card required cardbus; this is not the case, it just needs the correct voltage (Don't trust marketing fluff).

PS. I was most unhappy with the dlink performance after I got it working, so I tossed it for a linksys. This was pre- hostap days. :)

This card is running on a older compaq LTE 5380 , which im able to get my lucent card working with the wavelan drivers. also the DWL-650 works in winbows on the same laptop. so to cont my story.. beat my head against a wall for 3 days trying to get the hostap driver to work with no luck.. so i decided to take the drive out of the compaq LTE 5380 and install it in my dell insprion 7000 ( reinstall the distro ) well low and behold it worked on the first try, but when i swaped the drive back i get the following listed below: I did take some notes while the drive was running on the dell... (index 0x01 irq 9 0x0100-0x013f) irq 9 doesn't look used on the compaq.. Im stumped. if anyone could help me that would be great.
