Which PLX9052-base PCI card you are using? Could you send 'lspci -vv' output for it? I have never used PCI cardis with ARM, so I can't help much with PLX initialization part. However, other parts of the driver work fine with ARM, so it should be enough to get hostap_plx.c fixed.
