That is a TX Exc event for a data frame that was sent to 00:04:e2:0e:48:89. Apparently that address is not an associated station (and possible not even a wireless station) since it did not ACK the sent frame and the AP did not have any data of the said address. If you know what device has hwaddr 00:04:e2:0e:48:89, it might be easier to figure out what was sending that kind of packet. This might be caused, e.g., by bridging a packet to incorrect interface.
