It was really only one issue and yes, it should have been fixed. At least this fix removed the more or less instant hang that crashed my SMP test setup when executing 'iwconfig wlan0 frag 2000' while ping flood was running on the background. Well, apparently I have to do some more testing.. With what command did you see the crash? Do you get any kernel oops message etc.? I used NMI watchdog to detect this deadlock and it might well be hard hang that cannot even show oops message without NMI watchdog..
